Local cuisine produces some of the finest green-chile stew at this time of year, or opt for haute-cuisine at the many four and five-star fine restaurants moments away. Las Fuentes Restaurant & Bar offers a variety of award-winning cuisine prepared by our celebrated culinary team. Between and after hours, seating is available on the Sunset Terrace (weather permitting) or in Las Fuentes Bar. Our dining room features Continental American cuisine in a casual, yet elegant, ranch atmosphere. The southwestern décor features beamed ceilings, authentic Navajo rugs and commissioned murals by early Santa Fe artist W.E. Rollins. Reservations are suggested for dinner, Sunday Brunch, Holiday events or other popular occasions.

 

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Lunch from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM;
and Dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Our Sunday Brunch is from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
