Nestled in a rural hamlet of low-walled adobes, the Galisteo Inn is a delightful haven, the perfect balance between rustic provinciality and luxurious sophistication. This two hundred-fifty year old hacienda was once the estate of the region's original Spanish settlers. Across a broad expanse of lawn in front, giant old cottonwoods sway in the wind.

Within the Hacienda are 8 bedrooms, each unique unto itself, most with private baths. There are 4 cottage rooms outside and adjacent to the main house each with private baths and TV/VCRs.

The 8 acres of grounds with its huge ancient cottonwood trees help provide a romantic backdrop for honeymoons, weddings, and all special occasions.

Continental fine dining is offered to both Inn guests and the public Wednesday through Sunday from 6-9pm. A lunch buffet is also offered to all daily from 12-2pm.

The Inn has a 50 ft lap pool, spa and sauna on its grounds, and many types of massage and therapeutic treatments are offered. Horseback riding can be arranged and the Inn has bicycles for use by our guests.

Visitors staying at the Inn are treated to a relaxing experience at this 200-year-old adobe spa. The Galisteo Inn offers hot tubs, saunas, massages, hiking, horseback riding, and much more for the guest who seeks true tranquility. Lunch and dinner is open to those not staying at the Inn.
